The person entering the photos, either on their own behalf or on behalf of their company, must be a 2026 Member in good standing of the CLSA San Diego Chapter (member) by the end of the contest period. Participation is limited to eligible members only.

The contest runs from February 9 through February 28, 2026.

To be eligible, each entry must:
Include photos taken during the contest period
Be taken at the location identified on the official BINGO card
Be submitted by emailing the photos to info@sd-surveyors.org no later than 11:59 PM PST on February 28, 2026*
Entrants confirm that they, or those in their company are the original photographers and have all necessary rights and permissions to submit the photos.

The winner will be selected during the first week of March 2026 by representatives of CSDS and the State Association who are not participating in the contest. Judging decisions are final. The Chapter reserves the right to change the selection committee based on availability.

One winner will receive two (2) golf tickets to the Marv Sylakowski Memorial Scholarship Golf Tournament, valued at approximately $340. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be provided.

The winner will be announced in the March 2026 Newsletter and notified using the contact information provided with their entry.

By submitting an entry, entrants grant CLSA San Diego Chapter a royalty-free, perpetual license to use the submitted photos for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes, including, but not limited to, newsletters, websites, social media, and other association communications.

CLSA San Diego Chapter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms or is submitted late or incomplete. By submitting an entry, participants agree to these terms and release CLSA San Diego Chapter, CSDS, and the State Association from any liability related to participation in the contest or use of submitted photos. Contest is void where prohibited by law. Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to extend the contest period to achieve a specified number of entries. Only one entry per member.
