LAND SURVEYOR MANAGER
Snipes-Dye associates is seeking an experienced full-time survey manager to run our survey department. Candidate shall be a registered land surveyor in the state of CA. Candidate shall have 10 years local experience in boundary surveys and resolutions, mapping, legal descriptions, GPS control, ALTA’s, construction staking and calculations. Responsibilities shall also include business development, including proposal writing. In Northern California, survey candidates will report to the Regional Survey Director in our corporate headquarters, located in Concord. Southern California survey candidates will report to a Survey Project Manager in Orange, Rancho Cucamonga, or San Diego. All candidates will carry out a broad range of technical assignments requiring specialized knowledge of, and experience associated with, land surveying and/or mapping principles and practices to support various projects throughout their respective regions.
